MILA Events Co. is a boutique event planning service provider partnering with people-first, product-led organizations to design and execute thoughtfully planned corporate and workplace events.

We also plan private celebrations and family milestones, applying the same level of care, precision, and thoughtful execution to life’s most meaningful moments.

Founded on the belief that meaningful experiences are built through intention, operational discipline, and seamless execution. MILA supports organizations that value inclusive environments where teams can connect, collaborate, and feel supported to do their best work.

Before launching MILA full-time, I spent nearly two decades in the tech industry leading complex programs and cross-functional initiatives. My work included planning and executing global workplace end-user technology deployments as part of office builds, collaborating closely with operations, workplace teams, design and construction, AV, security, engineering, and vendor partners to ensure employees had the tools, systems, and support needed on day one.

I also served as a liaison between tools and end users, ensuring technology, processes, and service models met enterprise standards across distributed and global teams. Working within agile and Scrum-based environments, I brought structure, clarity, and adaptability to initiatives with many moving parts.
