Founder Background

Before launching MILA full-time, I spent nearly two decades in the Silicon Valley tech industry leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

My experience includes:

  • Planning and executing global workplace end-user technology deployments as part of office builds

  • Partnering closely with Operations, Workplace, Design & Construction, AV, Security, Engineering, and vendor teams

  • Ensuring employees had the tools, systems, and support needed on day one

  • Served as a liaison between tools and end users, ensuring technology, processes, and service models met enterprise standards across distributed and global teams

  • Working within agile and Scrum-based environments, I brought structure, clarity, and adaptability to initiatives with many moving parts

The Heart Behind MILA

  • Inspired by love, family, and meaningful moments, MILA is named after two generations, my grandmother and my daughter, reflecting the care and intention behind every experience we create.
